Job Position: EMA Planner

Position Description: Work involves the responsibility for developing and maintaining complex, county-wide emergency plans; supporting procedures for operation of the local Emergency Management program in coordination with state and federal agencies as well as local groups and organizations; training, instruction, and guidance of other response and support agencies; maintaining public information and disaster response and recovery operations in accordance with established plans and procedures. Will receive general supervision from the Deputy Director. 

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
